1. About the Creator Partner Program
These Creator Partner Terms ("Creator Terms") govern participation in the Vedune Creator Partner Program ("Program").
The Program allows approved creators and partners to promote Vedune using a personal referral link or referral code and become eligible for partner earnings when qualifying customers purchase eligible Vedune subscriptions, currently Starter (₹49), Basic (₹99), Pro (₹199) and Premium (₹399).
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Creator Terms as well as Vedune's Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Vedune.
We may consider factors such as the creator's content, audience, promotional methods, authenticity, compliance history and suitability for the Vedune brand.
Approval is not guaranteed, and participation may be restricted where necessary to protect users, Vedune or the integrity of the Program.
3. Creator Account
An approved creator may receive access to a private creator dashboard, referral link, referral code and partnership information.
You are responsible for keeping your Vedune account and creator access secure. Creator access must not be sold, transferred or shared without Vedune's permission.
4. Referral Attribution
Vedune uses referral attribution technology to determine whether an eligible customer was referred by a creator.
Vedune currently uses a first-touch attribution approach. This generally means that when a visitor is validly attributed to an approved creator, a later creator link does not replace that original attribution during the applicable attribution period.
Referral attribution may rely on cookies, random visitor identifiers, account information and related technical records.
A referral is not guaranteed to be tracked where cookies are blocked or removed, the referral link is modified, attribution data expires, technical limitations occur, or the required attribution information is otherwise unavailable.
5. First-Payment Earnings Model
Creator earnings under the current Program are based on an eligible referred customer's first successful paid Vedune subscription payment.
Creator earnings are not recurring commissions. Renewals, later billing cycles, upgrades, additional purchases or subsequent payments do not automatically create additional creator earnings unless Vedune expressly states otherwise.
These amounts apply to the current eligible first-payment Program and may be changed prospectively by Vedune.
6. Profit-Share Description
Vedune may describe the current Creator Partner Program as offering up to 50% of eligible first-payment profit or first-payment profit share.
This does not mean 50% of gross subscription revenue. Creator earnings are determined using Vedune's applicable Program payout structure, which may account for payment-processing costs, estimated service or AI costs, reserves and other directly relevant transaction-level considerations.
The fixed payout amounts displayed in the Program or creator dashboard govern the applicable earning for an eligible transaction unless Vedune expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
7. When an Earning Becomes Eligible
A referral does not create an earning merely because someone clicks a link, creates an account or starts using Vedune.
An earning may be recorded only when Vedune verifies an eligible first successful subscription payment and the transaction is validly attributed to the creator.
Recorded earnings may initially remain pending while Vedune reviews payment status, refund risk, disputes, fraud indicators and referral validity.
8. Refunds, Disputes and Reversals
Creator earnings are associated with valid customer payments. If the qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise invalidated, the associated creator earning may become ineligible and may be reversed.
An earning that has not yet been paid may therefore be removed from the creator's payable balance.
If an earning has already been paid and the underlying transaction is later invalidated, Vedune may take reasonable steps permitted by applicable law and these Creator Terms to reconcile the affected amount, including adjustment against future creator earnings where appropriate.
Cancellation of a customer's subscription by itself does not necessarily reverse a creator earning if the qualifying first payment remains valid and is not refunded or otherwise invalidated.
9. Manual Payouts
Creator payouts may be reviewed and processed manually by Vedune.
An earning shown as pending is not yet approved for payout. Vedune may review it before marking it available.
An earning shown as available may be included in a manual payout after applicable verification.
A creator dashboard or earnings record does not itself constitute a bank transfer or confirmation that funds have already been sent.
10. Taxes and Payment Information
Creators are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to process payouts and for understanding and complying with tax or reporting obligations that apply to their earnings.
Vedune may request information or documentation where reasonably necessary for payment, accounting, compliance or legal purposes.
Nothing in the Program constitutes personal tax, legal or financial advice.
11. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the Creator Partner Program does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, customers, conversions or earnings.
Earnings depend on valid attribution and eligible customer purchases. Vedune does not promise or guarantee that a creator will earn any particular amount.
12. Complimentary Vedune Access
Vedune may provide approved creators with complimentary, promotional or gifted access to paid Vedune features so they can explore the product.
Complimentary access has no cash value, is not itself a creator payout and generally cannot be exchanged for money.
Vedune may modify or discontinue complimentary access where reasonably necessary.
13. Creator Independence
Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency relationship between the creator and Vedune.
Creators remain independent and are generally free to choose how they create content about Vedune, subject to these Creator Terms, applicable law and any campaign requirements expressly agreed in advance.
Unless a separate campaign agreement expressly says otherwise, Vedune does not require a fixed number of videos, posts or other pieces of content merely to remain a Creator Partner.
14. Honest Promotion and Disclosures
Creators must promote Vedune honestly and must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Vedune, its capabilities, pricing, results or creator earnings.
Creators must not present a tool that Vedune marks as in development as if it were already available, and must not promise a particular AI result, exam outcome or earning to an audience.
Where applicable law, advertising standards or platform rules require disclosure of an affiliate, referral, gifted-access, sponsorship or other commercial relationship, the creator is responsible for making a clear and appropriate disclosure.
Creators must not falsely present themselves as Vedune employees, official spokespersons or representatives with authority to bind Vedune.
15. Brand and Promotional Materials
Vedune may allow creators to use approved Vedune names, logos, screenshots or promotional materials solely for legitimate promotion of Vedune while participating in the Program.
This limited permission does not transfer ownership of Vedune's trademarks, branding, software, interface or other intellectual property.
Creators must not materially alter Vedune branding in a misleading manner or create websites, accounts or materials designed to impersonate Vedune.
16. Prohibited Referral Activity
Creators must not manipulate or abuse the Program. Prohibited activity includes:
- self-referrals intended to generate creator earnings;
- fake accounts, fabricated customers or artificial transactions;
- unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
- misleading users about pricing, refunds or subscription terms;
- spam, deceptive messaging or unlawful promotional practices;
- manipulating cookies, attribution records, referral identifiers or tracking systems;
- attempting to claim customers who were not legitimately referred by the creator;
- offering unauthorized cashback, refunds or financial incentives in Vedune's name;
- using Vedune branding to impersonate an official Vedune website or account.
17. Customer Privacy
Creator participation does not give creators a right to access customers' private account information, payment credentials or other unnecessary personal information.
Creator dashboards may use anonymous or limited referral information to provide useful performance data while reducing unnecessary exposure of customer information.
Creators must not attempt to circumvent privacy controls or obtain customer information through unauthorized means.
18. Payment Provider Access
Creator participation does not provide access to Vedune's payment-provider accounts, payment credentials, internal billing systems or other confidential financial infrastructure.
Vedune remains responsible for administering customer subscription payments and determining eligible creator earnings under the Program.
19. Program Review and Corrections
Vedune may review referral and earning records to detect technical errors, duplicate attribution, fraud, refunds, disputes or other inconsistencies.
Where a genuine error is identified, Vedune may correct the affected Program record in a reasonable and transparent manner.
Creators may contact hello@vedune.in if they believe an earning or referral has been recorded incorrectly.
20. Suspension or Removal from the Program
Vedune may suspend or remove a creator from the Program where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, referral manipulation, serious or repeated policy violations, misleading promotion, unlawful conduct, security risk or material harm to Vedune or its users.
Where reasonably appropriate, Vedune may provide the creator an opportunity to clarify or resolve an issue.
Valid earnings accrued before termination may remain payable subject to verification, while fraudulent, reversed or otherwise ineligible earnings may be withheld or reversed as permitted by these Creator Terms and applicable law.
21. Leaving the Program
A creator may request to leave the Creator Partner Program by contacting Vedune.
Leaving the Program may disable future referral attribution and creator access. Previously recorded valid earnings remain subject to normal verification, reversals and payout requirements.
22. Changes to the Program
Vedune may change the Program prospectively, including payout amounts, eligible plans, attribution rules, promotional benefits or other Program features.
Changes will not ordinarily be applied retroactively to reduce a creator earning that was already validly earned under the applicable Program terms before the change, except where correction is necessary because of fraud, refund, dispute, duplicate payment, technical error or another invalid transaction.
Material changes may be communicated through the creator dashboard, email, these Creator Terms or another reasonable method.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vedune is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from referral tracking failures, third-party platform changes, internet failures, payment-provider issues or circumstances outside Vedune's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Creator Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
24. Governing Terms
These Creator Terms supplement Vedune's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If a separate written creator campaign agreement has been entered into with Vedune, its specific campaign terms may apply in addition to these Creator Terms.
These Creator Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights.
